No, our table tops are not made in the United States. They are custom-made by hand at one of our production facilities in Mexico, where our talented artisans meticulously handcrafted each tabletop from recycled raw materials.
For copper tables, which factors matter most when choosing which product to buy?
The patina (color) finish, coordinating the tabletop with a table base and whether to seal the tabletop with either a matte or gloss clear-coating.

What will my copper tabletop look like over time?
Over time, unsealed copper will naturally change colors, transforming from a shiny brown color to darker browns, then blues, and finally greens. When exposed to natural elements such as wind and rain, copper develops this "patina," protecting and preserving the metal underneath.
Does it turn green?
For a finish without a clear coat, the color will oxidize (change colors) after time, pending the metal, you select for your tabletop.
Do some finishes wear better than others?
Each of the Artisan finishes is a living finish, and wear will vary depending on use. One will not wear better or worse than another.
Can I control the patina finish of the top?
We recommend ordering samples to choose which finish is best for your project.
What are the benefits of a clear coat?
By using a clear coat, the finish will not patina or oxidize.
Do the finish samples come in clear coat options?
No, the samples do not have a clear coat applied.
Can I use your tabletops in a restaurant?

Is the polished copper finish a pure copper surface or an alloy?
For our tabletops, we use 98.9%, recycled copper. We do not use an alloy or a faux copper finish. Our polished copper is a sheet of copper that has been polished. We take pride in the quality of our products and raw materials.
Are the tables suitable for outdoor use?
Our tabletops are an excellent option for outdoor furniture, but keep in mind that more exposure to wear and tear found outside will affect the patina and color of the tabletop. You may see that your tabletop continuously matures and changes color readily with time. We do not recommend a protective sealer for outdoor applications.
Does it warp in low or high humidity climates?
No, the tabletop should not warp in low or high humidity climates.
