What size sink should I get?
Generally, we recommend the sink to be approximately 3" smaller than your base cabinet.
What width should my sink be to my cabinet width?
There must be adequate space for mounting hardware between the edge of the sink rim and any adjacent cabinets. Typical mounting clips require 1-2" of space beyond the rim of the sink. An alternative method of mounting the sink using support bars may allow for the width of the sink to equal the spacing between cabinets.
What is the difference between the drop-in style, undermount, and overmount sinks?
All three types of sinks can be undermount, or over-mounted; please refer to our sink installation guides. Drop-In and overmount sinks are when the rim is installed and exposed on top of the countertop. Undermount is when the sink rim installs under the countertop.
Should I order a single or double bowl sink?
This depends on the space you have available and what your goals are. Sinks with two bowls have the advantage of separating dishes, thawing foods, and general multi-functionality. All of those features also come with our single bowl workstation sink.
Can I order a triple bowl sink?
Absolutely! One of our brand specialists will help you design your dream sink!
What are the shapes of your copper bathroom sinks?
Copper bathroom sinks come in both oval and square shapes to fit in perfectly with the look and dimensions of your bathroom.
What is an apron front sink?
Initially, the apron sink, or farmhouse sink as it is sometimes called, was purely practical. Apron sinks are very deep and are essentially dropped into place. The apron, or area in the front that sticks out from the surrounding cabinetry and countertop, serves as a place a person can lean against comfortably. Thus, spending hours at the sink is less taxing when an apron sink is available.
Do you have copper, brass, and stainless steel apron front sinks in different sizes?
Yes! We offer apron sinks in copper, brass, and stainless steel in a variety of sizes. We also provide double basins as well as single basins.
What width is the apron as compared to the overall sink width?
The width of the sink's apron is the same as the sink's outer rim width. Please refer to your CAD drawing or product page specification sheet for more information.
Do you provide sound dampening pads?
No, we currently do not offer sound dampening pads for sinks.
What size sink do I need for my countertop?

Does the sink basin slope go past 9"
Yes, but only slightly to ensure the proper pitcher is created for optimal drainage.
Will the height of the apron be the same as the height of the sink?
The apron will be the same height as the sink unless you choose a customizable option.
Can you explain the sink dimensions?
All of the dimensions listed on our website are outside/exterior sink dimensions. Typically, our kitchen sinks have 2" rims. Our bathroom sinks and bar sinks have 1" rims.
Is inside depth different than exterior depth?

Why are certain textures unavailable for the sink's bowl? (Why are they not all available)
Our finishes and textures are not all made at the same production facility. This means you can't mix and match them all. Also, textures like Hood Hammered are not available or recommended for a bowl because they tend to trap and hold water.
What are zero radii sinks?
This refers to whether the corners of the sink basin are rounded. A zero radius is a perfect 90-degree corner weld.
Are the basins of the sink sloped?
Yes, our design team ensures that your sink will drain to the drain hole. Please keep in mind hammered texture finishes will hold small amounts of water.
How far does the curve come out on a farmhouse sink?
Since our sinks are custom and available in many sizes, this is best confirmed on your CAD drawing approval drawing before moving into production.
Will I bump into the convex apron front of my sink?
A rounded front sink (convex apron) does come out. The idea is to add ergonomic functionality to the sink.
How far does the apron come out (apron return depth) from the cabinet face?
3" on standard farmhouse sinks and 3.5" on standard workstation farmhouse sinks.
Can the apron be a different texture than the bowl?
Yes, for some finishes, this is a configuration option we offer online.
Can the apron be a different finish than the bowl?
Yes. We offer this configuration on the website. We recommend a natural or weathered finish for the sink bowl interior.
Can I choose multiple finishes for the apron design?
We do not offer this as a configuration on our website, but we offer it customized. For example, we can place other metals as inlays onto a sink apron, such as a stainless steel inlay on a copper sink or a brass inlay on a copper sink.
Can I get my natural copper or natural brass sink sealed?
We do not offer sealant on natural finishes.
Why can't I put a sealant in the basin of the sink?
We do not offer the option to place a sealant on a basin of our sinks as, over time, the sealant will break down and cause issues.

Can I customize the drain hole size for a bar sink?

Do hammered finishes drain as well?
Hammered sinks will hold small amounts of water and not drain as quickly or effectively as smooth sinks.
Is zinc available for sinks?
No, not at this time. Please keep in mind that zinc is a living material and will change and patina frequently. Meaning you will see the finish change, but it also means that as time goes on, scratches and other blemishes will self-heal over time.
