The most critical factor in the bathtub buying decision is overflow; you will need to cut the opening for the overflow onsite to ensure proper alignment with the plumbing. Another important factors are the finish - all of our bathtubs are a living finish, which means that the patina (color) may change over time.
Are your bathtubs manufactured in the US or elsewhere?
Our tubs are made in our production facility in Mexico. Mexico has copper mines and experienced artisans that have had knowledge handed down through generations of coppersmiths. Our products are designed and engineered in Minnesota - very similar to what Apple does with their products - Designed in California, manufactured in China.
Are these bathtubs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, but the finish can change dependent upon the climate.
Will the tub flex?
Yes, but the flexing will be minimal once the drain is connected.
